meditating

Sometimes when I’m stressed or angry or really annoyed I just take a minute to breathe and meditate. This helps me release all of my stress or release anything that I’m feeling that I want to let out. 

For me, whenever I let my stress out it feels like I started a new day and I’m as good as new. I also like to meditate in front of sauna lights . Sauna lights are these really hot bulbs that make you sweat, but for some reason when I’m inside it really helps me meditate. Sweating is an added health benefit of the sauna lights because it’s really good for you to sweat out toxins.

I also really like meditating with somebody which usually means meditating with my papa. I usually like to meditate at night time because for me it feels a lot calmer outside and the sun isn’t blazing in my face.
